We've got the most interesting people in Portland sparking up a downright incendiary April show — around themes of moonshine, T.S. Eliot's "cruelest month", and various notions of proof.

★  Chris Radcliffe  ★

We'll talk to urban moonshiner Chris Radcliffe about the racket and get a taste of his white lightning. We can't tell you anything else until we're satisfied you're not a revenuer.

★  Tevis Hodge Jr.  ★

Hailing from Virginia, Tevis has been playing authentic old-school blues — traditional and original songs — for many a year. A protégé of the legendary Baby Gramps, he has performed folk giant Peter Yarrow, Joe McMurrian, and many others. We can't wait for him to tear up TLN21.

★  Rodney Koeneke  ★

Rodney Koeneke is the author of the poetry collection Etruria, forthcoming from Wave Books. A compelling performer, Rodney was an early member of the Flarf Collective and was involved with Poets Theater and Neo-Benshi events in the Bay Area until he moved to PDX in 2006.

★  City of Tomorrow  ★

The only wind quintet to win a gold medal at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition in over ten years, the City of Tomorrow put in a special appearance on TLN21. We don't quite know what they're planning but it's guaranteed to be terrific.

Moonshine? Gunpowder? Proof? Legal is exorting us not to tell you what madness Din Din danger-chef Chris Bailey and special guest star Tom Haythorn have in store. Only one way to find out…

★  Three For Silver  ★

Swoon to Portland's own Three For Silver — the best lateniteshow house band in the biz: Lucas Warford (stringz/vox), Willo Sertain (vox/accordion), Greg Allison (mandolin, violin), Dave Hill (keys), Charles Pike (drums).

Deliciously live at Din Din

Delectable and unpretentious Din Din is Portland's own French-leaning bistro & supper club, notable for its conscientiously sourced, meticulously delicious fare.

The Late Now Bodhisattvas

And of course the amazing TLN bodhisattvas: Meghan Sinnott (The Stage Manager), Brian Jennings (lighting), Derek Ecklund (sound), Don Kern (Mr. Indispensable), Liz Romero (box office), Welkie Pritchett (production assistant), Mike Losier (print design), Tom Haythorn, and Wayne Haythorn.
